Equipped with an exclusive multi-cuisine restaurant, the hotel serves a diverse menu featuring local dishes made from fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farms. One of my personal favorites is the traditional "Chana Madra," a Himachali specialty made from chickpeas simmered in a yogurt and spice mix. The chefs pride themselves on their ability to deftly balance authentic flavors with modern presentation techniques, ensuring that every dish is not only delicious but also visually appealing.
In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel features a rooftop dining area that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, creating a picturesque backdrop for a memorable meal.
